Jaroslaw Sarwa

As a Community Partner and Master Connector, Jaroslaw is actively involved in expanding the FinTech Connector community in Poland and also leading the global Fintech initiative in Central and Eastern European countries.

Jaroslaw is an experienced FinTech business and technology expert who supports organizations through facilitating and enabling the digitization and digital transformation processes and shows them the direction forward. He is also mentoring startups by sharing his knowledge and experience to help them meet their business goals.

Jaroslaw is well regarded by his network for his ability to identify effective matchups, create connections, and cultivate collaborations on a global scale through his personalized and high-value approach to connecting people.

Jaroslaw earned his post-graduate degrees from the Warsaw School of Economics and Aarhus University, and received further credentials from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Aleksandra Kopec

Aleksandra is a lawyer specializing in capital market law and new technology law and a founder of FinLegalTech. She provides legal and regulatory advisory for entrepreneurs implementing innovative solutions in finance. 

The scope of her expertise includes legal aspects of blockchain / DLT and crypto-assets and alternative methods of raising capital, such as Initial Coin Offering, crowdfunding, or venture capital. Aleksandra's professional practice area also focuses on counteracting money laundering and terrorist financing (AML / CFT). She advises both start-ups (mainly from the FinTech industry) and traditional capital market entities (investment funds, brokerage houses, payment institutions, public companies).

Aleksandra is also a researcher and doctoral student at the Doctoral School of the University of Silesia, preparing a doctoral dissertation entitled "Equity crowdfunding in the European Union.”
